Brief

This involved communicating process maps, details of how the entire business is run, important supporting documents and performance indicators to demonstrate possible areas for improvement. All this was required in a secure, accessible and understandable format.

Objectives

• Provide a site that shows important links between process maps, objectives and people.
  
• Create a resource centre to allow supporting documents to be found and managed easily
  
• To aid RAC in meeting several clauses of the ISO standard to help to achieve accreditation.

Description

This site allows once lost or confusing information to be ring fenced and displayed to employees who need it most. Now all documentation that is required by employees can be found in one central place and are always up to date. Process information is updated by the user and displayed in a graphical format.
