Having worked with one of our partners on other websites for Worldchoice, the largest group of independent leisure travel agents in the UK, we were delighted to be given the opportunity to work with them again on a very large and challenging project. They required a system that would allow them to provide all their Travel Agents with a customisable website at the click of a mouse button. The system needed to allow Worldchoice to have the ability to administer the whole system themselves and also provide each Travel Agency with secure access to administer the content on their own individual sites. Each site also needed to provide a live search and book system for flights and holidays. Integration into a third parties system would be required.

Having been given the go ahead three months ago Phase 1 of the project was duly completed and has since gone live giving Worldchoice the ability to do the following:-

• Add, edit, suspend, delete Travel Agents to the system.
• Select from a list of possible site designs/configurations dependant upon subscription values paid by the individual Agencies.
• Create a definitive list of allowed departure/destination airports.
• Create a definitive list of allowed Tour Operators.
• Create affiliate links that can be shown on each site.
• Master Image Bank - add categories/sub-categories and upload images that can be accessed and used on individual sites by all Agents.
• Change banner images that are used on all sites.
• Download all Travel Agent details in one easy to read Excel spreadsheet.
• Provide content for individual sections of the sites - 'Shop Window'.

Individual agents are able to modify their sites using their own admin system. They can:-

• Amend all their Company details.
• Amend text used on the site - Welcome text, Website title, description, keywords etc.
• Upload a Company logo.
• Image Manager - upload their own images for use on their sites or access the Master Image Manager set up by Worldchoice.
• Amend text for contact details, legals pages.
• Add, edit, delete 'Shop Window' items.
• Select from the list created by Worldchoice the departure airports they wish to use for the live flights/holiday search.
• Select from the list created by Worldchoice the Tour Operators they wish to use for the live flights/holiday search.
• Provide content for the scrolling tickertape shown on ther bottom of the homepage.
